What happens in a baby yoga class
Baby yoga is mostly floor time. The adults stretch and breathe, and the babies are rocked, sung to, massaged and moved gently through their arms and legs. Nobody holds a pose for long, because the babies decide how the hour goes: a feed in the middle, a nappy change or a full meltdown are all part of a normal class.
Reana describes her teaching as open and fluid, with no fixed routine. Expect the class to follow the room rather than a script.
Who leads it
Reana Rae lives in Mindo and has worked in beauty and wellness for more than ten years, much of it with women and families. She also offers reflexology, cupping and couples sessions at Portal de Paz, and teaches English. She speaks English and Spanish.
What to bring
